They attended to my needs in a prop manner very nice to do business with.

Waited in the exam room for 25 mins. Never got seen and had to leave.

I came in without an appointment and was seen with in 15 min.  I’ve been hear before and have always had a good experience.  Staff is friendly and helpful and the doctor is thorough and engaging.  So helpful.

Everybody was wonderful. I wish I knew their names. I can’t remember they took me right in and they were very pleasant. My blood pressure was up so she made sure she took it again. I highly recommend them.

Provider said that they had xray machine but they didn’t

Based on unavailability of my PCP was referred to urgent care.  Upon arrival was greeted & instructed on how to check-in, since I did not have an appointment.  Staff were friendly, patient & helpful.  Accepted my medical insurance.  Seen within a half hour.  Doctor was professional & listened intently to my concerns/symptoms.  He spent time explaining the possible cause & made a referral to a specialist.  Was very satisfied with the care I received & would recommend DOC urgent care to friends & family.

Not overly friendly at desk.  Dr didn’t really have bedside manner.  It was on ok visit, but nothing I would brag about or recommend.

Made my appointment online and confirmed but got there and it was not on their schedule. The receptionist, whom I couldn’t hear or understand behind the glass (and I was not the only one that asked her to speak up and talk slower, told me I had to checkin at kiosk as walk-in, therefore I had to wait my turn for 35 minutes. The blasting music in waiting room was loud which deterred hearing her talk, it should’ve been more soothing/relaxing instead of loud heavy rock. The only person that was pleasant was the young lady that took my vitals.

I wanted to check for pink eye. I was okay until I had to be looked at through a telehealth video screen. I could have done this at home and saved $55. I have telehealth through my insurance. I am disappointed! If I knew this I would not have paid $55. I should have been told beforehand. I would like a refund. I don't feel that this was a thorough review of my eye. I willbnot use this place again!

The experience is incredible at this facility. I have been to other DOCS locations before and they were awful. One of them made me consider never visiting one again. I have used this office now several times and the experience and staff have always been fantastic. Highly recommended.
