had a bout of vertigo and easiy booked an appointment. After waiting 30-40 minutes in the waiting room, I was finally put in an exam room and had vitals taken.  after that, I was told it might be a while before we could see the doctor. An hour and a half later, I went out and tld the staff that if I couldn't be seen in 5 minutes, I would leave.  I was then informed that the doctor was on medical leave, but I could have a virtual exam when a doctor at another facility became available. I left. What a waste of time!!!

Intestines and back cramping. Got good advice and direction. Looking forward to feeling better!

Went in for a uti. Expected to see a doctor but No doctor was on site. Still was seen but by a telehealth PA on a ipad. Doctor was out on pregnancy leave. No covering doctor or pa which I found strange. Front desk did not know when practicing doctor would return. Good experience but a M.D. is always preferable. Wait time was not bad. If new patient then there is some paperwork involved.

I was supposed to have a 9:00 a.m. appointment. I got to the doctor's office at 8:45 a.m. only to find the office was locked up no lights on nobody at reception. I left a message and finally after I left I received a telephone call saying that I they were ready for me. I had already left and I was not coming back.the sign on the door indicates the office is supposed to be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. what a joke

I got a little worried when the phlebotomist mentioned that he was nervous and was visibly distracted. He drew blood with no issues but it did give me a bit of anxiety leading up to it.

Staff on site was great. Doctor was rude, condescending and clueless. Ipad rang ans was answered and she immediately growled at him i dont have time lets get this moving. She proceeded to be a complete jerk. All i wanted to do was get put of there. Horrible jpb by the doctor. Never again. Especially fpr a pre emptive 300 bucks.

Not having an actual provider in office is bananas in this day and age. I am absolutely positive that you make enough money to have an actual provider in the office. Especially when you claim to be a doctors office that does general practice. Not giving that office what it needs in terms of correct staffing has to be one of the biggest mistakes at your company will make. Shorting the staff and not paying appropriate wages to the staff so you can have intelligent knowledgeable workers that make your office run smoothly should be the priority of a company or corporation like you. Your loyalty should run to your patience not to your stakeholders. And as a patient for the past few years with your company I have seen the downfall and the absolute cluster FARK that you guys have created all because you don’t wanna pay appropriate staff to run your business. Take your head out of your butt and start hiring people who are educated people who have experience and pay them properly so you don’t keep losing patients and staff. It’s not a Mensa puzzle, it’s basic business practices. And now that you don’t have Michelle Tolbert You’ve honestly lost it all. She was the best thing you had going for you and you shouldn’t screwed it up. Now I have to find a new doctor. And this is no slight on the people that we’re working today they were absolutely wonderful cordial and doing their best with what you’re giving them.

Visiting from Los Angeles. Woke up with a terrible head cold on the way. Dropped in to DOCS, spent 45 minutes, got examined and prescribed...MUCH better in 24 hours. Very impressive,

I scheduled an appointment for 12:30. I arrived at the office at 12:10. I was told it would be at least 1 1/2 hours before being seen. It would be on the computer with a doctor. I left because that was unacceptable. The office person was very nice and apologetic. I decided to go to another medical group in the area.

NEVER GOT THE CALL!! Contacted by #and said Call was scheduled will be receiving it within 5 to 10 minutes!! NEVER GOT A CALL!! I have never been so disappointed in any service in my entire life as you’re so so-called walk-in clinic!! And no, I would never recommend it to anyone!!🤬
