Doctor was knowledgeable and thorough. And friendly. All that I could want.  The office relies too heavily on apps for getting registered and signed in. Very, very impersonal. Then the app that they rely on was inaccurate as to wait time and they were unphased that it was inaccurate. Clearly the whole front office procedures are geared towards automation at all costs, making the whole ‘healthcare’ experience frustrating. I imagine the company would get rid of the pesky humans involved in care as soon as they are able. Update:  they replied to my less-than-satisfactory review with a ‘glad you liked it’.  Automated?  Probably. Just like their front office.  Again - absolute lack of caring.

I made an appointment for an immigration medical and specifically said I needed to see their civil surgeon. I got to the Norwalk location and the girls were not friendly at all, one of them had an attitude. They said the doctor does not work in that office and I needed to reschedule. A total waste of time. I reschedule but at a different clinic. Terrible service, teach your staff to be empathetic and some customer service skills before you continue having the same issue with other clients.
