Went in for a sore throat,earache,and cough. The female medical assistant was sweet but did not have experience in performing the culture tests. (The male medical assistant was a condescending unprofessional asking the doctor about his "booty call".)As if you were on "I want to be a millionaire" she phoned a friend... who walked her through the process. Cultures for flu strep and covid are done and I am shown into another exam room where I wait as the doctor waits for the results. He comes in asks what brings you here today as I am having a coughing fit, I try to tell him but have no voice left... he chuckles...unprofessional... asks me if i am a smoker I said yes and was going to tell him I smoke 2 a day... but he cut me off... asked if i had asthma... I responded in full honesty yes after having had covid... he looked up at me and proceeded to tell me to contact my PCP to make sure I havent had asthma my whole life... I retorted and assured him I have seen plenty of doctors in my lifetime and I have never had asthma until after I had covid in early December... he again chuckles... asked me if i had allergies... I told him what they were and tries to prescribe me a medication for ny cough... I tell him I cant take it.. it makes me sick... so again he tells me to call my PCP and ask him what I can take because he cant help me with my cough... proceeds to send a prescription for steroids to my pharmacy just to find out it has been back ordered... when faxed back to the clinic for the doctor to preacribe an alternative... he coyldnt be bothered to respond!! I have never ever been so mistreated ignored and insulted by a doctor in my life. Whatever Baby Faced "Doctor Skin Tight Plaid Pants" name was.. was super rude and uninterested in helping my situation. I Love the other doctor and personnel but the three that I encountered were clearly not cut out for that profession.

In and out fast with no problems. Test results within an hour. Thank you.

The person giving me my Covid test gave me a rapid even though u made an appointment for a PCR- now I’ll be charge on insurance for their mistake. Mistakes happen but just seemed a bit unorganized

when I got there they could not find my name with my appointment even though I had a text confirming my appointment and complete the necessary paperwork online. They said there was problem with the system and were going to turn me away. I explained that the system problem was not mine problem and that I had done everything I was suppose to do. The woman eventually said she would take me and proceeded to explain to me that in the future I had to make an appointment online, I reminded her that I had done everything correctly and they should correct their internal system and that I didn't appreciate being spoken to as a child.
