The facility was very dirty, with bugs on the floor. The staff was unprepared and the doctor was only available on Telehealth, and inattentive.

I made this appointment online for 7:10 and when we arrived a few minutes after 7, we were turned away because they said they don't take patients after 7. Even though they close at 8, the provider had already left for the day. My son had on obvious case of pink eye and it would have taken only a few minutes. I'm extremely disappointed that I booked an appointment that was not honored. Had I known 7:00 was the last appointment, I would have been there at 7. Even still, it's an urgent care facility open until 8pm and we would have been in and out in minutes. You should be aware of the practice of the provider in this facility to leave early. I made the appointment around 6:45 so the provider either left before that or left despite knowing an appointment had been booked for a case of pink eye. We used a telehealth service instead that took a few minutes and will not be rescheduling.

I make it a practice never to respond to requests for reviews, but I had to make an exception for DOCS Urgent Care. From the easy and clear online intake, to the courteous people at the front desk, to the professionals who examined me and ultimately diagnosed the lab results, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, informative and comforting. I enthusiastically recommend this provider.

Third attempt to get blood drawn and still no luck. First 2 were cancelled because there was no one to draw the blood. The first cancellation was about 15 minutes before the scheduled time and after I drove for an hour to get within a few miles of the office. On my 3rd attempt the paperwork wasn’t there and could not be obtained since the prescribing office was closed. I was told to call before my next attempt but pointed out phones are not answered in the office. Besides not having a phone service, there’s no way to specifically schedule blood work and obviously the time slots available don’t match availability of the staff needed. Definitely would not recommend this service.
