This location is horrible! I have been waiting since January 2023 to get several lumps checked on me in two different areas. I received an incorrect Order with the wrong Codes for the two tests I needed to have done, and couldn’t get them done. I called to let them at Dr. Today to let them know the Order & Codes were wrong and they needed to correct this so I could get my tests done. I had to call over and over and over, and left numerous messages for them to get back to me, hoping it would get straightened out! It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!! They NEVER called me back on this! They also never returned my phone calls or answered my messages. It has literally taken months for me to get them to finally give me a new Order with the proper codes (so I thought)! Afterward, I was able to get one test done on the last day of March, but never got the results! The second test I needed to get done, was still wrong with the wording & Code. It is now mid June and I still have not been able to get my results to the first test, nor have I been able to get the second test done! I also found out they charged my insurance company for a Covid test that I never received and I have the bill to prove it! My insurance will be changing as of August 1, to a new Dr. and a new plan!
