Have had a toe blister for a week while on vacation and wanted to have it checked out. Went online and made a telemedicine appointment for the same day. Appointment wasprofessional, thorough and quick. Would definitely recommend.

Woke up yesterday with a UTI.  Anyone who has EVER had one knows what it is. Got worse thru the day. I was going to go to the ER but remembered telemedicine. Got online at 8pm & booked for 8am today. Was on with the DR by 810, waiting in the comfort of my own home. Video & audio was great. Talked for a few minutes because that’s all the time that was needed & that was it. I’m very busy & to be able to get the help I needed & not have to drive to an office, sit & wait with a bunch of sick people and just be on with my day saved me hours. If you need a DR for something that isn’t life threatening this is the service.

Great method for most of my med needs. Dr. And nurses are prompt, patient, always answer questions offer solutions. Thank you!

I got bit by a centipede on my lip while sleeping two nights again. A telehealth visit was exactly what I needed, the Dr. Or PA, was so kind, and gave me the antibiotic and steroid I needed to battle the pain and swelling. I've been a Maui resident for over 20 years, and Doc on Call has always been my go to. Thank you Dr. Norm and awesome, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable staff!!

In spite if being vaccinated, I discovered I had Covid half way through my vacation. I have several complicating factors and not being from the US and being uninsured I was terrified of ending up in an American hospital and not being able to fly home. The doctor was amazing, understanding, asked great questions and helped me qualify for Paxlovid so I could heal quickly and return home safely. I am forever indebted.

Though I appreciated the ease of booking, entering payment info was tedious as we’re not from USA. USD$200 is a steep price for a 10 minute video chat. What would a follow-up visit look like?  COVID rapid tests should be free of charge and available at the clinic at the doctor’s behest.

Had a very bad sinus infection and needed care quickly for the last few days of our vacation. My video visit with a very nice provider who was helpful and got me set up with a needed prescription before getting on a flight to Honolulu later that day. The video visit option and scheduling were incredibly convenient and made it possible for my family to still enjoy their vacation while I got the care I needed. If you need an urgent care it doesn’t get any easier!

I was so impressed with how quick I got an appointment the professionalism of Dr and how he got me meds to feel better.  Not fun being sick on vacation. Would highly recommend.
