I had a great experience at this clinic! Wait time was minimal and the staff was pleasant and efficient. The provider was very kind and treated me with respect. I would definitely return to this clinic!

Worst experience ever! Save your sanity and don’t go there.

I have had nothing but horrible experiences here, I have only been twice. The first time I came in with a severe dog bite. The PA poured pure rubbing alcohol on my wound, no betadine. I almost passed out. The second time I went, reluctantly because they are close to my work/home, I came in for an injury to my foot. They looked at it and said oh it's probably just bruised... no crutches given and no wrap was done I was just sent on my way I spent $80 getting my own medical supplies while in pain. Told to go to HF hospital for x-ray because they dont even have that there either, i did not go because the last time they sent me to HF it was horrible as well. Come to find out 1 week later when I went to a doctor after the bruising and swelling would not subside, I have a fracture and need to wear a cam-Walker for a month now. The staff and PA's are very considerate and nice but I do not recommend this place and will never go back.

Receptionist was rude. She said she had to varify my insurance first. I then watched her get up and walk out to her car on her cell phone while I waited. Eventually she came back inside and She claimed I had no insurance which I 100% do. I even called and varified with my provider while in the waiting room. My provider told me all she had to do was call them directly and she refused to do so. Told me I could pay $75 out of pocket plus any tests done. I walked out. Will NEVER come back and will tell everyone this place is awful.
