Over the last few years of going to urgent cares around the area for varying reason, this is hands down the most polite and thorough professional staff I have dealt with. If they moved to a primary care facility I would hands down go there.

I’m waiting in a room for 30 minutes before I have to ask someone how much longer. They say maybe 15 more minutes. The staff needs to keep their patients updated. They can’t just have them sitting in a room for a ridiculous amount of time without communicating to them.
