We are a family medicine clinic offering an outside covid clinic for testing only.

We offer the following tests:

-Covid-19 PCR Test: $125 - 24-48 business hour turn around (No Insurance or Travel/Events)

      -PCR expedited fee (8hrs): $125 Plus a $125 expedited fee for a 8 hour turn around 

      -PCR expedited fee (4hrs): $125 Plus a $250 expedited fee for a 4 hour turn around

-Covid-19 PCR Test : $0 Symptomatic/Exposure ONLY with Insurance

-Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test: $50 (up to 1 hour No Insurance)

Patient booking a covid test must remain in their vehicles. We will communicate with you via text message.
