Over 1 hour wait for a 15 min rapid test because the printer ran out of ink. We weren’t tested properly, nasal swap was barely inserted into the nostril. The employee wanted us to leave without physical copies of our test result because he couldn’t figure out how to print or email the results, saying we would get them “later”. Not very useful when we needed the results same day to board a flight back to Canada. When we finally got our results an hour later one of the tests was incorrectly labelled which gave us issues at the Canadian customs. Absolute garbage and quite frankly you guys should be embarrassed charging for this service.

Pulled up, got tested by Bruce, then left. Couldn’t have been simpler. Got my result ok, but had trouble with my wife’s result. I reached out to them & received a call from them within an hour which helped resolved the issue. Excellent service all around.
