Could not accomplish what I was there to do. Had to go to different place to finish

Made a reservation the day before to shorten wait time. Overheard that the wait for walk-ins was about 1.5 hours. Reservation was for 10, waited until 1217 before I was even called back to a room and was not seen until 1239 for a visit that lasted less than 10 minutes. I think employer physicals should be prioritized to quickly get them in and out unless their are actual urgent walk-ins. Free up the lobby from having “well” patients sitting long periods with the “sick”.

I came for a physical exam for a new employment and it took around 2 hrs for me to get out of this clinic 😔 However, all the staff there is very professional and friendly. The physical exam was very appropriated and complete. I have never had a physical exam like this one. I really liked this place

Came in for a pre-employment TB and drug test on a Monday afternoon, wait was very long and I couldn’t stay there. I went to the desk and asked to schedule for the following day (Tuesday). The desk knew I was scheduling a TB test, which is currently being done by x-ray, and scheduled me for a Tuesday appointment. I arrived Tuesday morning only to be told they don’t do x-rays on Tuesdays. I was extremely annoyed; it’s not like I walked in and demanded a service that isn’t provided, I was scheduled by a staff member to receive a service you don’t provide, and I have no way of knowing you don’t provide it. I had to come back for a third day in a row and waited 45 minutes for a drug test despite having an appointment, another 30 or so for the x-ray. It was an inconvenience to have to go out of my way on Tuesday morning for a service that isn’t even provided, which was scheduled by a staff member who should’ve known you don’t provide that service. I had no choice but to come here for pre-employment, I would not recommend to anyone unless it’s the only thing open anywhere near them (office is not near where I live).
