The person that came out and swapped me for Covid., sincerely, the nicest and caring person. She did her job professionally.. And on the plus side she was very beautiful.

I had a rapid Covid test done prior to a surgical procedure and it went very smoothly, because I pre signed up on the computer. The staff was very pleasant and got me a hard copy of the test results, which was great!

The nurse/CNA who took my Covid test was very rough! He was also in such a hurry. I understand he had to swab deep but once again it was a very upsetting experience!!

It’s a little bit of a wait, but the staff are professional and friendly and very helpful, they follow up quick on my rapid COVID test! Luckily si was negative and got a note not to go to work!! Thank you El Cajon Urgent Care staff!!!! Winning!!!!!
