This is an excellent service and a real asset to the community. My child received the absolute best care here. The doctor, nurses and everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Lockport Express Care.

Went for COVID symptoms and the nurse that took care of me was very nice and friendly. She gave me my test and left. Then the Dr. came in and he was very rude with me. I was in contact with my granddaughter which I shouldn’t have been and I knew that . But he was very angry snd abrupt. I’m 67 years old and he could have been a little more respectful I know I made a mistake. I didn’t get the chance to tell him the only reason we were in contact was to Skype with her great grandmother (my 101 year old mother) socially distancing of course. I left in tears.. I know they are overburdened and on the front lines but we are trying too. Sorry I made a mistake because we may never see my mom again. I just hope he has a bit more compassion on his next shift. I thank all of the front line workers for their work!!!

Do not go here. This is not an urgent care this is an ER at least that is how they will charge you. I had an ear infectction they looked in my ear perscribed me medicine then billed 764.00 to my insurance and I. This makes 0 sence i called an asked and she says cause its got the hopitals name their exspress care is basically hospital visit. A noraml urgent care visit costa around 100-200 not 764. This place cares about money not patients. The staff was also cold and when i asked at the apoiment about cost she wouldn't tell me. I reapeat do not go there!!
