All the employees are great. They seem to care. The Doctor might get on to you but it is because he cares!!! Great clean place ! Staff is awesome! No this is not BS!! I went to California Urgent Care because Elite was closed!!! ELITE STAFF HAVE THEIR STUFF TOGETHER. I went to California urgent care Dr. Chang sprayed some antibiotic spray on my cut put a piece of gauze and taped it up. I told him the tape will not hold. Tape doesn’t stick to me. So California urgent care did not care! Elite urgent care was very upset I asked if that flap was left  under couldn’t it get infected, they said it sure would. ELITE took the bandage off. They unfolded the skin after looking and everything said I needed stitches that it should’ve been done the night before ,when I was at California Urgent Care. It was closing time AT California Urgent Care so Doctor Chang just wanted to get me out of there! So Elite Urgent Care unfolded the flap of skin cleaned it all out scraped it real good and then put 12 stitches Then wrapped it really well!!  You tell me which urgent care is better I know it is ELITE  URGENT CARE on McHenry. Elite urgent care-did A GREAT JOB! California Urgent care on Roselle. I WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE MY DOGS THERE!!! NO COMPARISON!!!!! ELITE ALL THE WAY !!!!!!!!!!

I went to elite urgent care 5 days after a fall, they sent me to have X-rays across the way and my tailbone is fractured and dislocated. The doctor seemed like I was bothering him and all's she wanted to do was leave for the day. I overheard him saying this was supposed to be his day off, so his bedside manner left little to be desired. But he did prescribee something for the excruciating pain, which was a good thing.

I made an appointment for 10am and wasn’t seen until 11:30am. There were walk ins being taken ahead of me. The front desk lady was extremely rude. As I was sitting in the curtain I heard MULTIPLE phones watching reels or tiktok’s. As I sat for 15 minutes waiting for somebody to bring me a discharge paper, all of which took two minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and I felt badly for another lady who made an appointment and who was definitely not feeling well and waited almost 2 1/2 hours for her appointment who was there before me. The Nurse Practitioner seemed very kind but I will not be returning after I get my TB checked.
