Very professional services .  I highly recommend Modesto Urgent care. Always had great results w/ medication etc. I was attended by a PA , very friendly, &  professional ….,( when Dr. Basi  isn’t in the Office.  His assistants, are very attentive as well.

Staff was very polite and nurse practitioner was very good. They tended to my needs.

Horrible experience from the begining. The care provider was the best part of the experience.

I took a spill on my gravel bike, and thought I had fractured my thumb. I needed to get in to see somebody quick, so I tried Elite Urgent  Care because it was close to my office. I thought that I would be sitting in the waiting room for hours as a walk-in, however I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could schedule my visit online! With just a few short clicks, I was able to successfully schedule my appointment. When I arrived, I was asked to complete some paperwork as a first time patient, and after that it was about 10 minutes before I was actually being taken to the back. Not much longer than that I was seen by Dr. Basi. I explained to him the reason for my visit and my concerns about my potentially broken thumb. Immediately, he said “let’s go ahead and take some x-rays. I’ll send you right next-door to Modesto radiology, and then when you’re all done just come right back and we will see you immediately without any waiting.”  Let me tell you, it was such a great convenience to be able to walk across the drive and go right into Modesto radiology for x-rays. That whole process took less than 30 to 45 minutes, and as soon as I was done, I headed back to Dr. Basi’s office. After another brief wait Dr. Basi came in to explain the results of my x-rays. In fact, he just didn’t explain them, we went over and looked at them on his display , and he reviewed the things that he saw. As it turns out, my thumb was dislocated. He told me we can fix this today or if you want to wait to see if it resolves itself you can do that. I decided that I would have him fix it today and within 15 minutes, he had completed the procedure and successfully popped my thumb back into place! His procedure was very unique and very quick and quite frankly after the lidocaine, virtually painless! He gave me a prescription for pain and for ibuprofen and I was soon on my way after that. All in all this was a great experience and exceeded my expectations when going to medical facilities. The staff were all very friendly, Dr. Basi was very knowledgeable and was willing to discuss my situation and any options available for my treatment. I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Basi at Elite Urgent care. Hands-down, it is one of the easiest doctors visits that I have had in recent years. Even easier than going to my primary care physician! So, if you need to be seen quickly by a professional and courteous staff and a knowledgeable doctor, I would not hesitate to visit this clinic.

Woke up this early morning with a sore throat. Scheduled an appointment online that same morning as a new patient. Had blood work done & throat swabbed. Walked out with discharge instructions & medication orders sent to my pharmacy within 1 hour. Everyone was friendly & professional. I would highly recommend this Elite Urgent Care provider.

I had a very painful and infected big toe for a month now and couldn’t get in to a podiatrist for another month so I went here and doctor took care of my toe check in was quick staff was great and care was excellent

I have chosen this Urgent Care several times because of the excellent diagnostic care and immediate access to necessary testing.
