Took over 20” to fill out appt on internet putting my information and details of my health issues in and then waited 2 hours for a Doctor to tell me she couldn’t give steroid shots. Doesn’t anyone read those health forms before? I waited and paid for no service😒

We were disappointed to learn the physician did not know how to address our medical concern (removing an in-grown nail). We do, however, appreciate that she was honest enough to tell us. We were also appreciative that she could prescribe antibiotics to behind to address the infection.

All staff was very professional and kind.  Needed labs to determine what was going on and they located the problem.  Thank you for your service!!

Had a 10:20 appointment.  Seen at 10:45, not bad.  Dr, nurse, and counter staff all very courteous and professional.   I felt the Dr listened to my daughter and my concerns. What my daughter was seen for was not a “major” injury, but she was in pain and I appreciate that the Dr & nurse took the time to listen and not just rush her out.

Wasn’t sure what was wrong, have not felt well …made appointment with ease, very friendly staff, dr. Basi is very very nice and everyone was kind. I’m grateful.

After being released from a hospital, I noticed that the injection site for a blood draw was red and swollen. It did not respond well to home treatment, so I went to this urgent care facility without an appointment. After completing minimal paperwork, I was called back within 5 minutes, and the doctor arrived shortly after. The diagnosis required an intravenous antibiotic drip, which most urgent care facilities are unable to provide, but which was available here! I was totally impressed with every aspect of my visit, from the helpfulness of the receptionist, through the friendliness of the staff who assisted us with our handicapped equipment, to the knowledgeable doctor. They certainly earned my 5-star rating, which I have never before given. I would recommend this urgent care center without any hesitation.

Woke up with issues with my eyes having discharge and red. Used over the counter products and wasn’t working. Have not established care with my primary doctor so I was not able to get an appt., came here to get my eyes checked because I’ve had the issue for about 3 days. Staff were nice and the place is clean. Would definitely recommend.

My son was not feeling good, fever, sore throat, and horrible cough. I called his primary care doctor and he was out. The staff directed us here. I was able to make an appointment for within the hour and he was called back within 10 min of check in. All the staff was kind. The man who drew his blood was super quick and it barely registered for my son that it had happened. The doctor called way before the time she said she would either the results of my sons X-rays.
