I woke up with a soar throat. Made an early appt, got right in, they got my info, they called me, saw the dr. They did the tests.  Was very friendly,knowledgeable, and got me in and out.  Would highly recommend them!!

Unfortunately, my experience today was not as pleasant as my last. The nurse was very rude asking if my toddler was enrolled in daycare because he was bothering her.. The ARNP was very dismissive & snobby. In the perfect world, I would have had health insurance & a babysitter today.. But nonetheless, I was still a person & paying out of pocket because I’m DESPERATE to feel better so I can keep up with my family! Thankfully, the ladies at the front desk were GREAT! 💛

The office team was wonderful. I felt extremely supported by the care physician about my concerns and was educated on how to improve my health for the future.

I had a migraine not responding to oral medication. Staff are friendly, professional and prompt. You can schedule an appointment or Walkin.

Scheduling a check-in is always easy. The staff is always great and I get good.

Everyone was amazing especially the doctor. She said she was an orthopedic specialist for 10 years before coming to the clinic. She knew exactly what to do. This 5-star review is for the doctor specifically. The doctor was professional, caring, attentive, and made me feel like my concerns were actually being heard. I truly appreciated the quality of care I received and the way I was treated during my visit. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience with some of the other staff. I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to being polite, compassionate, and understanding toward patients. You never know what someone may be going through when they walk through the door, and you can’t judge a book by its cover. A little kindness and respect can make a huge difference, especially when someone is already sick, hurting, or dealing with a difficult situation. Again, my five stars are for the doctor and the excellent care I received from them. I hope the rest of the staff takes this feedback constructively and works toward providing every patient with the same level of compassion and respect.

I called the office and they were so kind. They and got me in within the hour. I was treated by their wonderful medical professionals. They listened ran tests and had me on my way  with medicine called in and waiting for me at the pharmacy when I arrived.  The staff from check in to  check out is top notch. I would recommend Emerald Coast Urgent Care to anyone. ( Being sick really sucks but having a great medical team can make all the difference in the world ~thank you Emerald Coast Urgent Care! )
