Friendly staff, clean spaces, quick appointment, nurse/doc listened to my questions and concerns. Second time using this office and will continue to come back for Urgent Care needs.

This Urgent Care walk-in clinic is excellent and you also have the option to make an appointment ahead of time. The staff are all friendly and professional they’re prompt. The waiting area is comfortable plus they are connected with my sports medicine and rheumatology office.  And all around choice for me.

I scheduled my appointment online very easily for the same day, was seen after a 30 minute wait by a very friendly and informative Nurse Practitioner. She quickly diagnosed my rash and a script was called into my pharmacy which allowed me to start treatment that very same day! The staff was also very welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend Emerald Coast Walk In Clinic in Lynn Haven. Thank you!

I pulled a muscle in my shoulder. It hurt so bad I was miserable. The staff was very helpful and I was able to see a NP with only a short wait. The treatment plan was well explained. I was given 3 injections for pain and a muscle relaxant. 30 minutes later I noticed the pain had eased off a little. Thank you for being so kind and understanding.

Booking the appointment was easy. However we got there 20 mins before appointment time. The office was not busy, maybe 2 people ahead of me, we waited 1 hour and 45mins just to be taken back to a room and another 25 mins to be seen by the provider. It was awful, it seemed as if the staff was chit chatting and not focused on getting patients in and out .. wouldn’t recommend.
