We were traveling through Panama City and my husband needed a wound looked at ASAP. It was easy to schedule a walk-in appointment and we were seen in a reasonable time. My husband was initially resistant to treatment. NP Camille explained her recommendation in an understandable way and my husband agreed. The staff spent enough time with him and everyone was very compassionate and pleasant. We would use this facility again.

First visit. Found scheduling appointment to be easy. Office was clean and staff was friendly. Wait time was what I expected. Provider listened to my symptoms and was happy to help with my issues. I don’t have a primary provider so this is a good alternative. Thank you.

Had to wait over an hour for a SCHEDULED physical. Took 1 minute to complete. Walk in patients that came in after me were being seen before I was. You can hear everything everyone is saying through the walls.

Woke up for the second day with a very sore throat. After a long wait and discussion with my insurance I took matters into my own hands. I called to see if Emerald Coast took my insurance. The gal who answered the phone was pleasant and told me they did. I walked in and had about an hour wait. It was a Monday morning but I was in and out in a little less than two hours.

Made appointment on the app and arrived 10 minutes early as instructed. Waited 45 minutes even in the waiting room. I was the only person in the waiting room the entire time. Finally got called back to a room and nurse administered 3 swab tests (Covid, flu, strep). I was told tests would take about 10 minutes. Another 45 minutes passed before I was seen by the doctor. Interesting thing is I got a text asking me how my visit was while I was still waiting to see the doctor!! I did like the doctor, but spending just shy of 2 hours there was ridiculous as sick as I was. Tested positive for Covid. This was my second visit here. First visit was top notch. Not sure there will be a third after this experience.

Took my granddaughter in who is visiting from out of town and complaining about her ear hurting. We had to self pay because she is on an out of state Medicaid plan. At the end of the visit I asked for receipts to turn into their insurance to get reimbursed. One of the girls at the front desk who was not helping me immediately tells me how I won’t be reimbursed. I was explaining to her that before the visit we had to call the Medicaid office in that state, speak with a nurse to be approved to be seen here in Fl. She must have interrupted a couple times telling me I could do it but I probably won’t get my money back. I have always had a good experience with friendly staff, wait time, and care at this office. I do not know why this girl was going out of her way to be rude or even insert herself. As a retired nurse, I hope that she is not that way with every patient that comes in.
