I called to get my COVID results because my husband and I are traveling spoke with several representatives who assured me they would send me the results by text message immediately.After much time went by, I called again and spoke with Tom Kevin.He was very friendly and professional.He told me to stay on the phone as he sent the results to my email.I received them within seconds!
