On 4/9/2022, I took my husband, who was having flu-like symptoms, to this facility to get checked out. We were told he could not be seen because he had too many symptoms. It was recommended that he go next door to get a COVID test, get the results in 24 to 48 hours, then come back. We left and went to another medical facility, where, within 15 minutes, he tested negative for COVID and the flu. He was diagnosed with a mild case of pneumonia and is currently being treated. For the record, I have been to this facility a few times in the past and received excellent service. I just do not understand why he was denied service. It's a sad time in our world when a person is refused medical care because they have too many symptoms.
