Came to Urgent Care due to pain from a car accident staff is exceptionally nice  Dr was great nurse excellent and receptionist was very friendly as well  I’d give them 10 stars if possible

I’m extremely disappointed with the care I received at this urgent care. I came in with significant symptoms — several days of illness, dehydration, and a severe headache — and felt completely dismissed. After running basic tests, they told me everything was negative and offered no further explanation or plan. When I called back because my symptoms persisted, I was met with confusion and scripted responses. The provider admitted she had reached her “capacity” and suggested repeating tests I already had (3 X-Ray). When I asked about blood work, she responded “if that’s what u want” as if it was optional and up to me to decide. I expected medical guidance, not to be put in a position where I had to suggest what they should do. This urgent care does not seem equipped to handle anything beyond the simplest cases. They simply pointed me to my primary doctor and told me they had to call other patients, and they never figured out what I had.

This visit was great!   As you can see from the ratings, everything was perfect. And a good prescription that was very affordable under my plan. Thank you.

I rarely write reviews, but because this experience involved my 3-year-old son, I feel it is important to share.We chose this urgent care because of its high reviews and nice location. The clinic looked clean and well maintained, although there was a strong urine odor inside.The clinic was completely empty with no other patients, but we still waited more than an hour for registration and for the doctor to arrive. The staff also seemed cold and uninterested, which was especially upsetting because I was already worried about my child.Most importantly, my son had been hit by a bicycle, fell, and hit his head. He had swelling and bruising on his head. Despite explaining this, the doctor did not properly examine him. She did not check his pupils, balance, or walking.The doctor did not speak to my son or say a single word to him. While talking to me, she immediately applied iodine to my son’s wound. My son was completely caught off guard and started crying in shock.She then applied some cream and covered the large wound with only three small Band-Aids before sending us home.I asked the doctor if they had a larger Band-Aid because the wound was quite large. She said, unfortunately, they did not. She then placed the small Band-Aids directly over the injured areas, with the adhesive parts sticking onto the wounds.This was a very disappointing and concerning experience. In my opinion, this urgent care is not a good choice if you are looking for a professional, attentive, and compassionate medical team, especially when bringing in a child. I rarely leave reviews, but when it comes to a child, I feel it is important to share my experience and help other parents make an informed decision.

Walked in to get treatment for sore throat and congestion. I was in and out in 45 minutes, and that includes doing the digital paperwork.

As always excellent service with all staff as check-in is easy and care is great.

I recommend this urgent care 💯.   Very clean and very professional.   Easy access and easy in and out care.
