They took time to thoroughly ask me what problem I was experiencing then they explained to me what was going to take place

Came in with a persistent cough. Was able to get in and out quickly. The staff, the nurses and the Doctor were all very friendly and helpful. Left with prescriptions and got two shots. Was feeling much better after a couple of hours. Would highly recommend this provider.

Office was clean.  Dr Seal and all staff did a good job. Wait time wasn’t too bad!

The wait was long. We were there 2 hours, waited an hour after getting into a room before the nurse practitioner ever came in. Prescriptions were incorrect when I picked them up from the pharmacy. Requested liquid antibiotic, tablets were called in. Cough medicine requested but wasn’t called in. Medcenter was closed so had to wait until the next day to get these corrected. Tried calling the next day (Sunday) numerous times between 9am-1pm, no one would answer, kept getting message that they were closed. I finally had to drive up there to get the prescriptions corrected.

The blood-work tech. was very skilled and caused very little pain.

I visited ExperCARE Urgent Care this morning after dealing with a cough and slight headache for about two weeks. Overall, I had a very good experience and would rate my visit 4.7 out of 5 stars. The check-in process was a little different because I had to scan a QR code and enter my information into a new system. I wasn’t particularly happy about having to do this myself because I thought about how difficult that might be if I had been feeling extremely sick. However, I appreciated that the receptionist asked if I needed assistance, and I believe she would have gladly helped me if necessary. Once I was checked in, everyone who assisted me was courteous and professional. There was a little wait before seeing the doctor, but the doctor apologized and explained that they had a lot going on that morning. The wait was bearable, and I appreciated the acknowledgment. I received a thorough evaluation, including chest X-rays, and was prescribed medication for my cough. I was also told that if I experienced any additional problems or concerns, I should call or come back. The facility was nice, and the staff members who assisted me were great. Despite my small concern with the new electronic check-in process, I was pleased with the care and attention I received. I would definitely recommend ExperCARE Urgent Care based on my experience today.

The wait was really long since I expressed check in. I scheduled 10:30 and didn’t get out until about 2pm. Dr. Vaughn was really good and checked me out thoroughly.

Needed some medical attention for a simple problem. Had a sore throat and aches that were getting worse and knew what I needed to get better. Watched people leave the waiting room with small children because the couldn’t wait any longer, watched people in need of assistance walk in and leave because of the  incredibly long wait. Also witnessed drug reps being let back immediately🤔 wonder what kick backs they gave while the rest of us paid to wait. I’ll only come back under extreme emergency as well as tell everyone that I know. Med center south would have never done that. It’s a shame what yall let it fall to.

Had to receive treatment for an ingrown toenail.  Excellent care received from nurse, Hillary McDowell and other staff members. Nice to receive hands on care.  Not much of that these days.

Excellent service the doctor was amazing he is very knowledgeable and listen to what you have to say and I will definitely be coming back
