Made an appointment but still took an hour to get in. If I had known I was going to have to wait anyway I would have come earlier instead of waiting for the appointment.

I was really sick & the front desk had only one girl working- I waited nearly 3 hrs to be called back!! I’ve always used this facility for care when I can’t see my PCP, but may be finding somewhere else to go after yesterday !☹️

Everyone was very professional and managed high volume with ease.

Check-in was quick and easy and done on my own device so I didn't feel as though I was contaminating anything for others. Wait time wasn't quite as efficient, but it was the day after a holiday so it was completely understandable. The staff was very kind and understanding. They patiently heard symptoms and spoke in terms that could be easily understood. It was a comfortable and simple experience, they took the stress out of being sick for a little while.

I always appreciate how welcoming the team there is. Thank you :) even when I am not feeling great, I enjoy talking to each of you.

Wait was reasonable for the season! I can check in just fine but the tablet/qr code check in is age discrimination! I do not like it for the elderly! Doctor was great, nurses were great!! Thank for making me feel better quickly!!!

If you are experiencing a medicine emergency, like NEEDING  a DR to bridge your prescriptions until things are settled with the dr who normally prescribes, THESE doctors and nurse practitioners at Urgent Care Expercare can and most likely WILL help you. It doesn’t matter what type of medication it is, most importantly if it’s medication for a mental disorder, this is definitely the place to go.  They are not like all the other urgent cares/after hours/ER’s that tells you they don’t write any kind of medication for mental health, or any controlled substances. If you had an accident like a car accident, a major fall, broken bones, severe neck/back pain or ANY emergency pain that’s typically not there, they will prescribe you medication to help it. Cold, flu, strep throat, chest pains, fever ANYTHING really, THESE doctors are very professional and knowledgeable!

They were very busy at urgent care northwest. But the entire staff was kind and helpful. The nurses and Doctor were great . My treatment was fast . Everyone was professional and had great bedside manners.

Was a walk- in and the overall experience was very good
