I like this expercare. Unfortunately I’m still here 2 hours past my appointment to get my blood pressure medicine and migraine medicine refilled.

I woke up with a uti. I was the first patient. The front office staff is very well organized, polite and professional. Providers ask several questions and are very caring. They answer all questions posed. Providers cover all the bases with kindness and interest in how the patient is feeling. Expercare is my first stop when I need medical help. It is a great asset to Richmond Hill.

Each time I've had to go to Exper Care I know I'll always get the best care and that they always have the most welcome attitude and smiles on their faces . The wait times are generally never long at all and for the maybe 2 times in all the years I've been going there that I did end up having a longer wait time the staff were totally apologetic even though it was not due to anything they did or didn’t do. I always go here when I need to be seen quickly but not in an emergency room setting .. I get the best care every time I go to Exper Care from the check in staff , the nurses and the doctors that work there . Yes I would most definitely recommend this Exper Care, and each of these providers .

I haven’t been to a doctor in years simply because every time I saw one it felt like I was just a paycheck to them, the doctors wouldn’t listen they just wanted to rush through the visit. Not here though. I’ve seen 2 different doctors so far and both have made me feel like they really cared and listened when I talked. That’s what I need to feel like this is where I want to come.

All was good.  I had no problems with scheduling.  My wait time was longer than I anarived at expected.  Appt was  10:00.   Arrived at 10:105 due to traffc I would definitely recommend this provider.

Another exceptional experience. Staff is patient, kind, respectful, great listeners and responsive with great competence !  Keep harping that the team deserve raises and a handshake from the boss. They are money earning gold nuggets. Definers of what public service should be. Well done!!!

Had to go into Exper Care with my son due to having my finger punctured by a rusty lid with an large amount of loose rust on it I definitely needed a tetanus shot as I wasn't a hundred percent sure when the last date was that I had my last one. Well as usual from the check in lady whose so sweet and helpful always, to the caring nurse and then the Doctor himself ( Doctor Tony ) I got the best care and with nothing , but smiles and friendliness as usual from all the staff there. Whenever I've had to go in to be seen and checked out . I also had to get a toradol shot for these migraines that come in around this time of year 😫. I would highly recommend this provider and this place because of all the staff and the cleanliness there . The wait time is rarely ever long and the temperature setting is great . Yes that matters to most people I'd assume and for me who can't stand to wait in a too warm/ hot patient room . They have you covered all around !
