I was a walk-in with a persistent cough. Super easy check-in on my phone. Hardly any wait before I was brought back. Staff was among the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. Overall a fantastic experience!!

Was developing an eye irritation so I left work early for Expercare. Very easy to get same-day appointment. Front desk staff was polite and efficient. Triage nurse was compassionate and friendly. Nurse practitioner was efficient and polite.

Danielle, the front desk billing professional, was excellent. While I was seeing the nurse practitioner, Danielle offered my husband a cup of coffee or bottle of water—very kind! Also, I’m impressed with your QR code check in process. It was straightforward and quick. Finally the nurse and nurse practitioner were responsive and covered what the possible meds might be for me, pending the outcome of my office tests

Severely cut my finger- The NP that stitched my finger was very kind and did an excellent job- Great service by all the medical team in back office

Everyone there was so kind and caring. We will be back. We were a walk in and we didn’t have to wait long. The ladies at front desk was so sweet and helpful. The nurses in the back were very good at checking my hubby out and explained everything to us. Thank you for being there for when we really need someone right away. I do recommend them !!

Making the appointment was easy enough. The front desk lady was short and terse with me, she was not friendly and came across annoyed. The nurse who treated me was friendly and competent. The nurses assistant however seemed incompetent to wrap a wound properly without cutting off circulation. Seems like a basic thing you should be able to do.

I didn't schedule an appointment. I was a walking. I didn't sleep at all due to the itching but my wait time was pretty good and I feel that my needs were met and then some. I would recommend your company.

Staff were very kind and understanding. I was able to get checked in and seen fast so I could get on with my day. Great service would recommend to others in need of help.
