My overall experience with the front desk, the medical assistant, and Nurse Practitioner was purely exceptional.

Very friendly staff. Even with only one provider, I didn’t wait long. The staff at the front were very helpful and polite. Over all, great experience.

Twisted my ankle and decided to get it checked for fracture. Easy to schedule online at 11:15am for a 12pm appointment. I did pre-checkin online and arrived at 11:45am to a packed waiting room. Waited 1.5hrs to be called back. Overall visit was close to 2.5 hours.

I couldn’t hear when I woke up on Thursday- scheduled an appointment, got there & was in promptly.  The staff was wonderful, couldn’t hear much better when I left, but had a plan.  Thanks

It was simple to schedule my apptmt for today two days ago. I even got the time I wanted. The check-in staff was very efficient & friendly. The nurse listened carefully & asked good questions. The doctor, Donna, was super understanding, empathetic, & very competent. She was a good problem solver! I felt very much cared for. I would recommend this provider highly.

Went in for UTI symptoms, was given an antibiotic and told I would receive a call three days later with the results of the urinalysis. Five days later, no results so I called the office. A lady talked to me who said that the in house test showed no UTI, but told me I should keep taking antibiotics? When I asked why I would take these when I had no UTI, she sounded very unsure. When I asked to speak with a doctor, she said she was busy and offered no other help. I am not sure I would return. On top of that, I had to reach out a second time to Expercare for my prescription, when they failed to send it after my appointment. Not very impressed.

Great facility. Very nice people excellent care but y’all send me too many text messages after the visit. I raided your facility in one text message and have received numerous others asking me to do it through another platform. It’s a bit much but again great facility with excellent care very polite.
