I have knots from injections over many years. I know it's hard to find the smallest spot. But instead of looking the nurse just pinch up the skin for a IM injections instead of pressing or stretching to find a hopeful spot. This medicine goes sub Q and does not benefit the patient it bubbles under the skin. Causes burning and medicine does not help the patient it sits subq. Suggestions made on where knot could be found, but the skin pinched med given. A waste of medicine and patient made it home with no relief. She is Not realizing the pinched fat is considered a subQ and not an IM shot.
