I just wanted to give a shout out to Mr Matt! He was knowledgeable explain everything, went over several Avenues to determine what the issue was and verified everything with me as we walk through a plan of action he was a fantastic PA and I highly recommend!

I was walk in, check in was easy and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful

Everything was great but have never received a call back with my test results from my throat culture. I am wondering if maybe I did test positive for something else because the antibiotic I was given hasn’t touched my infected sinuses or sore throat and I have been on it for 5 days.

I’ve been here several times the last few years and always get prompt, professional care. I appreciate the fact they can do X-rays, etc plus other testing. They are kind and willing to help you get back to better again. Would recommend for young or old!

I went into office first thing and was able to be seen within 5 minutes of arriving. The full appointment lasted about 15 minutes. Spent more time waiting for the pharmacy in comparison to this visit. Keep up the great work!

Only thing I had to wait on was at the RX center: the data input was incorrect so there needed to be a call put into them for confirmation- even then it was a quick response time (within 5-10 mins) I would recommend this provider

Traveling between FL and NC and they took excellent care of me in a timely fashion! The PA was outstanding and so was the med tech and front desk person!

The staff was very attentive and helpful.  I don’t go to urgent care are often, but when I do, I choose the Pooler ExperCare location.  Great job and thank you all.

Wait time in lobby Bedside manner was a main issue. PA has limited understanding on how to talk with patients. Talking down to me little I am a child. I'm almost 60-years old and yes, I do know what Covid is. Wait time in lobby seemed to take a bit. Check-in (Solv) app always asks same questions when scheduling. This takes too much time. Staff sometimes friendly and sometimes not as much. Inconsistent.
