Well I got this review before I even got out of the back. I have been here 4 hours and still haven’t seen the doctor. You don’t want me to rate you today. I’m piased

I had a cough. Went in and was seen in less than 20 min. They did a  chest xray. I had a touch of pneumonia. Feeling much better after the treatments.

Outstanding.. ...job well done' excellent and comforting relieving help from staff

I woke up this morning with severe congestion and decided to see a provider, so I filled out my appointment and registered and was seen within 15 minutes! The provider as well as the rest of the staff was very nice and had a great beside manner!  I would define recommend this facility to any and all!

Back pain i was in and out about 2hr. Check in was good the exam room waiting was about 1.5 hr. Before anyone came in

Woke up with a poison oak rash and needed quick care. Always friendly and professional staff. In and out within 45 min.

Today wasn’t the best they didn’t check for my back pain only for my eyes

Checked in with only one ahead of me and a half hour later there was zero in front of me. Over a half hour later I get to a room. One hour and and 15 minutes later I get seen. 20 minutes after I'm leaving. At no time during that long was was I checked on nor updated. After all that waiting I felt worse than I did when I arrived.

My allergies had me feeling bad for more than a week so I was decided it was time to see the doctor. The wait was longer than expected, but that was the first time that ever happen, check-in, staff and care was great.  I would highly recommend this provider.

Very disappointed with our experience. Before making the appointment for my son, I specifically called to ask if the office had an X-ray machine and was told yes. Based on that information, I scheduled the appointment and paid our copay. Once we were called back, we were informed that the X-ray table was completely taken apart for maintenance and could not be used. There was also no manager on site who could issue a refund. We then waited for hours while they put the table back together so my son could finally have the X-ray. After the X-ray was completed, another staff member came in and explained that they could have simply given us an order to have the X-ray done at the hospital—and that doing so would not have changed our bill. The most frustrating part of this experience was the complete lack of communication, both with us and seemingly among their own staff. Had we been given accurate information from the beginning, we could have avoided hours of unnecessary waiting. When you are dealing with a child who is already hurt and needs an X-ray, this level of disorganization is incredibly frustrating.
