I appreciate all the area of concern. I was in the Nortport office with a two hour wait. The receptionist kindly informed me of a no wait time on HW69. I thanked him and went to that location and was seen and provided excellent care by NP A. Clay.she was professional and knowledgeable. I am a nurse (semi-retired) and always love and appreciate excellent caregivers. I would certainly recommend this provider as the whole staff was pleasantly professional, the receptionists, the nurse and the provide NP Clay. Was home in bed in less than those two hours.

I had injured my shoulder on Sunday evening and Monday morning I noticed I hurt more. From scheduling to being treated Monday every step and person were a 10. The shots weren't bad either.

I came in as a walk-in via referral with an extended migraine. There was no soap in the lobby bathroom, only hand sanitizer, which is not the same. The wait to get in was average, but once the basic checkup was done, I was told the doctor would be in shortly. I had to wait for him for over 10 minutes. Which would be fine if they didn’t lie to me about it. That nurse was at least kind enough to offer to turn the lights off for me. When he finally got there was when I started to feel like I’ve never been treated less like a person. I was able to say about two sentences to the doctor before he just left. He made no inquiry into why I might be having a migraine for over two weeks and left me no chance to try to explain.  After waiting a bit expecting the doctor to come back and actually do his job instead of consulting a flowchart, a nurse came in to give me a shot. She didn’t explain a single thing about the shot other than its name. No side effects to expect, no nothing. Just told me to be on my way. She told me to drive off after giving me a shot which apparently had well known side effects of making the patient trip out, and that patients given it shouldn’t drive. I’m not a goddamn mannequin to practice giving shots on. I’m a human person who deserves to be treated with basic respect. She had no concern for my well being whatsoever. She at least *said* that she would check on me in 5 to 10 minutes if I didn’t leave immediately. She didn’t. No one did. I was lying waiting for someone to check up on me for well over 10 minutes. I lost my sense of time so I didn’t realize this, but I’m fairly certain based on later events that it was close to or over 30 minutes. Leaving a patient who you just gave a goddamn psychedelic to unattended for 30 minutes is completely unacceptable. I’ve never been treated with such negligence, and I honestly believe she should lose her job over this lest another patient be abandoned in a worse situation. She told me to drive away. She seriously told me to leave. If I had listened there is a good chance I’d have died or killed someone in a car accident. This is completely reprehensible neglect of duties. Anyways, I had to get up on my own while barely being able to walk to open the door to ask the nurse across the hall for help. A different one thankfully. I don’t remember everything that happened next thanks to the aforementioned drug that I was told to drive home while on, but basically I had to call someone to come rescue me. At least two of the nurses seemed to have basic care for my well being. The only distinct thing I remember is that the doctor dropped by again and his primary concern was that they were closing in 15 minutes. No questions about my well being or really any concern for it. This was how I was able to estimate that I was left to my own devices for around 30 minutes instead of the quoted 5 to 10. Absolutely the worst medical experience I have had in my entire life. That nurse needs fired at the very least for endangering lives by telling me I was safe to leave after giving me that shot. If I didn’t decide to wait to see how the shot affected me I could very well have died. I could have died or gotten someone killed if I listened to that nurse. Oh and the shot didn’t help with my migraine anyways, to add insult to injury.
