I was very satisfied with the way my whole experience went with my visit. Everyone was very nice and professional. I saw Kristen and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend and continue to come back as needed

I do not understand how a waiting room could have such rude & inconsiderate group of people all in one place. Cellphones at full blast with texts coming in, let’s also watch loud TikTok videos, the person getting into a coughing fit without covering her mouth & then one woman just burping real loud suddenly. That was the most disturbing visit I’ve had.

These are good people, and really listen! They are also very convenient and have good hours!

Dr.Macallester is the Best Her and Her Wonderful Staff The Timing the Check in I did not have to Wait 30 Minutes. I Will Choose This Facility From Now On. And yes I Would Recommend This Provider Over and Over Again.!!!!!

Check in was quick and Donna took time to listen to my concerns. ExperCare always provides the very best care. All personnel from front office to providers are highly trained professionals.

I only went to this location because the Abercorn location fully denied me care. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, was told they were no longer accepting patients, and drove all the way to the Mall location and got taken care of. Front desk was appalled and told me to report this. No marks to location I’m reviewing

I don’t have a primary care at the time, however my last couple of visits at Expercare have been great!!

First visit. The staff was professional and friendly. I felt very confident with everyone.  I felt everyone was very thorough

My 2 daughters and I went originally to the Abercorn location because its 5 minutes away from my home. But today there was 2 black women at the front desk. The 1 with the long eye lashes was not nice. Instead of saying hi she turned and looked at me standing in front of her and said you got an appointment. I responded no we are walk ins. When I said why I was there (sports physical). She reply do you have the paperwork.? I said no do I need it? She said yes. I said last time I didnt need it. She ask the other lady do you have sports physical forms? They looked under the counter and said no we dont have them you need to bring in the forms. So I said I'll just go to another urgent care. When I got to this other location. Danielle greeted us so nicely! She helped us and was so patient with me when I said I might forget all the instructions she gave me on how to fill out the form. She nicely replied I will help you thru it because thats what im here for. 10 out of 10 Danielle and the whole staff was awesome! I rather travel to the south side again then return to the downtown abercorn location. Thanks Danielle you Rock!
