I don’t understand the point of an appointment if I still have to wait until all the people who were walk in’s got to go before me. I tried to make a follow up appointment and was told that the schedule was changing and I would receive a call later that day, still waiting on a phone call.

I did not have an appointment I was a walk in.  I was bite by ants or a spider, I was not sure but my whole foot was swollen. Everyone treated me as if I was the most important patient. I will definitely go there again. I fact, I am going to make the practice my primary care group.

Scheduling, check in was easy and smooth. Staff were attentive, caring and respectful. Attempt to resolve patient problem was was honest, transparent and effort to clarify things was good. Thanks for making us feel that we matter.

My daughter was trying out for softball and we needed a last minute physical.  We called the office one hour before it closed.  The office was able to get us in and complete the physical before they closed.  The staff was very friendly and they made my daughter feel very comfortable.

Staff was very polite and attentive. This was my second time going to this business and both times were highly professional and concerned about my issues. I would highly recommend them.

I had terrible head aches from an incident I had the night before. The next day I called this urgent care and booked an appointment within 20 minutes. The check in process was easy and smooth. I only waited 5-10 minutes. I was in and out. All of the staff were friendly.

Quick and friendly service, and all my questions were answered.

Fell on left arm caused both left forearm and shoulder pain. After a week still had swelling and some pain.  They thoroughly x-rayed both shoulder, arm, and hand.   Conveniently located near where I live was great.  Didn’t know they existed until the VA CCN recommended them for urgent care treatment.  Would definitely recommend for urgent care!

We walked in (without an appointment) and was seen within a few minutes. Everyone was so helpful and considerate. My daughter was very sick and she was given great care. I’m very grateful for their patience and thoroughness in treating her.
