I went to Falcon Urgent Care to treat a sprained ankle. At my visit, they confirmed my ankle was sprained and told me they could give me an air cast. On my way out they said I didn’t have to take the air cast and didn’t bring it to me. A few days later I called requesting an air cast and they told me the system said I was given one. I informed them I did not receive one and they said they would call me back. They called back to let me know I would have to be seen again and could not receive an air cast without another visit. I was not given my air cast and they now want me to come back in, and will have to bill me for another visit. I’m disappointed they did not treat me properly the first time nor did I receive the equipment I needed. Very disappointed.
