Worst urget care ever!! They will deny you service if you dont have a same day covid test ..3 YEARS AFTER THE PANDEMIC! There is no other urgent care doing this, they just want to turn away patients so they dont have to work.

I called to find out their lunch hour and receptionist ask details of my sinus infection. I did want to go to office but he put me on hold several times which was ok. While I was initially trying to talk to him about another issue I was planning to visit them. He did NOT want to hear about it. He put me on hold and Dr. came on phone and asked me my pharmacy. I tried talking about my other issue to no avail. I wanted a Dr. to see my other isssue so I decided to go down there. Empty office. Explained my situation and receptionist remembered me. He talked to Dr. and I was told he cannot treat me. I have these options Go to my actual Dr. , wait till next day and come in or go to another urgicare center. I will try NEVER to go there again..I did find another urgicare center and that solved the problem. This center has really changed. I have been going to Family practice for years and am so so disappointed.

I am shocked and amazed at how unprofessional this doctor's office was to me. I just move back to California after living in Chicago for over 8 years and I was attempting to get set up with a primary care physician. I made an appointment almost 3 weeks ago for 4 pm on 3/22. I get a phone call the day of my appointment that went to voicemail asking if I was going to show up to my 3:30 pm appointment--an appointment that I never made nor confirmed. I show up to my 4 pm appointment and the receptionist lets me know that the provider was there for a 3:30 pm appointment and therefore had left when I didn't show. I was not there because my appointment was indeed for 4 pm. Please see the photos below of the voicemail transcriptions where I was called the day before to confirm my 4 pm appointment for 3/22 and then the voicemail stating my appointment was at 3:30 pm. Such a waste of time!! I advise you to take your business and health care elsewhere.
