I visited the clinic and   provide a sample from my home, which was then collected for analysis. However, the results have been pending for more than 24 hours, and I have not yet received any indication of when they will be available. During this time, I have been unable to obtain any medication, resulting in persistent and worsening pain and discomfort. As a result, I decided to seek another immediate care at an urgent care facility to receive prompt testing and medication. I am disappointed with the delay in receiving laboratory results and the impact it has had on my condition.

Struggling with a sinus infection last couple weeks. My usual home remedies were not working so I went to this urgent care and they were great and sympathetic. They prescribed a nasal spray and antibiotics. She also suggested I take probiotics which was a great reminder so I don’t get gut problems in addition to sinusitis!
