First time going here, the place is very clean. When I got to the counter, all the ladies behind where eating and making small talk. I was asked what I needed help with, I was trying to figure out what was wrong with my sinus and why my voice was gone, filled out a double sided form, which wasn’t bad. Just for the visit was $125, that’s With no insurance, without any swabs or blood work done either. The wait time wasn’t that terrible either, just sat down and then name was called. Once in the room, one of the lovely nurse ladies, took vitals and was asking what the symptoms were and if I was allergic to anything, which I told her what the problem was. She leaves and then two minutes later a gentleman comes in and asks me to sit on the bed they have there (with none of the sanitary paper stuff) he grabs a pair of gloves (drops one and picks it back up and continues to use it which I should have stopped him on that one) then goes over and does the check up, checking throat and ears. He then tells me he’s going to fax the prescription to the pharmacy I go too. So I leave the place after I get the doctor excuse and I go to my work place to drop it off, I scurry over to the Walgreens that is walking distance of my house, I go to the pharmacy section and try to talk to the lady there, she mentions that there is no prescription there under my name, she says to wait about an hour just so they and the faxing can get up, I head back home. Fast forward a few hours, and a nap later, I head back over to the Walgreens and do the same process. The lady looking in their database and nothing, she says I should call them and ask them where they faxed it and if they can send it again. So I call them, and I try to mention who I am (loss voice) and that I was seen today, and they ask what they can do for me? I ask them where the prescriptions were faxed too, they leave for a minute then come back and say that it was faxed to the Walgreens across town, and I tell them that I needed it to the one closer (because I don’t have a vehicle at the moment) and I guess the doctor that check on me was standing close by said that I needed to go over there and get it.
