We are still dealing with this horrible place from a visit back in November. Checked in. We were 3rd in line. I watched three people come out but our line spot never moved. One other person came in who had reserved spot in line. Waiting room empty except for one person. Two receptionists were gossiping and goofing off within earshot of me and my 6year old . People register on iPad so not sure why there was two. My daughter in the car saw an employee/nurse go out in the parking lot making out with her boyfriend/husband while we were waiting. She went back into the back door of the building. We got called back and sat in exam room for another 45 minutes. We went out to go to the bathroom and the nurse and dr were both on the computer which I understand they have to do work. We were the only people in an exam room at that time. My daughter said one of them was shopping. The dr finally came in. She was in for less than 30 seconds. I’m not kidding. She barely spoke and didn’t give us any guidelines when we left. She gave my 6 year old, antibiotic ear drops that she has to lay still a total of thirty minutes for. I asked for oral antibiotics, she dismissed me and walked out. We were there almost two hours after starting out fourth in line and two patients leaving right when we got there. Horrible experience. My daughter then ended up with a ruptured ear drum at children’s due to the insufficient treatment. Also, we called our insurance and they said it would need to be refilled because it was billed wrong. They refused to resubmit it. They turned us over to collections for $47. I paid a $20 copay. By the time it was all over, we laid $90 out of pocket just to have to go to the hospital for a ruptured ear drum.
