This is the place to go if you are fortunate  enough to have a fast track health care in your neighborhood! My husband and I needed our annual flu shot and do not like long lines and waiting at our Safeway. We have been to this facility before so the tech was able to pull up our records quickly. We were provided with a mask and were escorted in to get our shots almost immediately. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The facility clean and organized.

Called asking for small steroid injection in my severely inflamed bunion and was told that I can get it here. Made an appointment at 5pm, arrived on time, waited for 1h 20min till someone finally called me in. Was sitting inside for another 15-20min till saw the doctor who told me that they can do only systemic steroids and I should just continue taking ibuprofen. Left the office with excruciating pain in my bunion since painkillers have been already worn off while I was waiting.

I have ear wax.  I had to come to the office 3x    My first provider was not skilled and it was very painful to remove.   The second provider was excellent.   Came out within 5 minutes.    The wait time for all appointments weee over 30 minutes.  I can hear now quite clearly but my ears are sore.

Everything was taking care it help us a lot to see us fast and help us a lot with paperwork.

The staff here is so friendly and professional. The wait time was short and you feel great and everyone there is so nice. They receive you with a great smile.

My reason for grading quality of care so low was not the visit itself, which was excellent, but the poor follow-up. I talked to a PA about a swab test result. Our discussion was fine. I gave her the address and phone number for the CVS to use for a prescription. I called CVS a few minutes later. The automated interface said no script was in the records. Thinking I may have been too quick, I left a message asking about it. Two hours later, shortly before the pharmacy closed, I got a call that no script came in to that CVS or any other. This morning, your staff told me first the notes show I was given a hard copy, which I wasn't because I wasn't there yesterday. Another PA then told me the script had not been sent but that she would call or fax it in now.

I was there a little over 3 hours but I guess that's not unusual. Best part was, everyone is LOVELY! Thanks.

I have MS and suspected I had an UTi. UTIs  don’t exhibit in the usual way with MS but with fatigue and loss of strength. Urgent care confirmed my suspicions and ordered an antibiotic. Have taken the first pill and looking forward to relief.
