REFUND for CANCELLED APPOINTMENT in QUESTION….As a former patient, I was shocked by the demeanor of the clerk that called me. Then the wait was so long that I called to see if I had missed the appt. The clerk was rude and told me I just needed to wait because the patient and it could take another 50 min. I thought an in person appt could work but cancelled because I no longer trust the care I would receive today. Now my refund is in question.

First time doing a tele health. I was in too much pain to take mass transit to an appt. The receptionist wasvery helpful with uploading photos and scheduling me. The physician assistant was very professional and caring. I would recommend this provider

I needed to do a virtual follow-up after starting a new Rx. I had a new symptom that popped up that I wanted to discuss. I was scheduled immediately for the following morning. Due to technical issues, our virtual visit was delayed by 18 minutes. Once connected, the doctor asked thoughtful questions and brought clarity to some of my symptoms. The office will follow up with my culture test results to discuss additional/change of actions needed, if any. Thank you for a professional, courteous, and thoughtful service.

I've been in bed for 3 days with a migraine when I talk to the doctor he was so nice kind understanding Karen concerned appointment was fast he helped me in every way a person could help somebody called him on medication for me right away he was awesome I give him 10 Stars if I could

Hi. My 2:30 pm appointment had major technical issues. I could barely hear the provider’s voice on the video call. If your clinic has a $50 no-show fee, you should be technically prepared to start calls on time. Respect for time should go both ways.The provider offered a phone call, but I insisted on fixing the video issues first. Once we finally connected, the experience was marvelous. She was very knowledgeable, intelligent, and had a wonderful bedside manner. She was the complete opposite of the provider I saw at MedStar Urgent Care.I really appreciated the provider's care, but the technical setup needs to be much better.

Excellent care as always!! I've been dealing with a sinus infection that won't go away. I got in quickly and staff and doctor were great!
