Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and they have the best bed side manner from the front desk employees, to the tech, and doctor. Efficient and caring. Very easy to get care here.

Terrible experience. Woke up with an obvious UTI and booked a telemedicine call because I was too uncomfortable and dizzy to make it in. After 10 minutes on hold doctor talked to me for 30 seconds and then told me I had to come in. Complete waste of time and $50 copay.

The staff at Fast Track Utgent Cre Kensington is always attentive and helpful.

Staff was great. Booking easy. Wait time not good, it was 30min so I had to rebook, wait time was 45min second time so I only had 10min with provider.  Due to lack of time, Provider just wrote a prescription didn’t really treat my issue. Not worth the $40 co pay nor the 2 hours waiting and filling out forms. Overall I was disappointed.

Kensington Fast Track has always been a great resource for me and my family. The addition of video diagnosis is just another notch in their belt. The doctors are wonderful!

Main complaint is I waited in the virtual waiting room for over an hour. Doctor was great once she got there but she sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy

Woke up with an infected insect bite. Got quick and friendly service and the issue resolved. First time using virtual care for anything medical and it was easy.

Never again.  Waited an hour past my appointment time and finally got a call, no virtual to have a PA, not a doctor, who was clear she would not help.  Her suggestion was to be more careful and mask or go to the ER.  I rarely leave the house and got a cold from a doctor who was sick.  We were both masking but colds can be surface based so masking only helps so much.  Complete waste of time and money.  They cannot handle basic infections for those with normal health issues.  I could have easily provided her with recent labs and other paperwork but she was completely uninterested in helping.

I was told to come by the clinic so they could culture an abscess. I went to the wrong clinic, but the one in Kensington saw me right away and ended up lancing the abscess. The doctor was fantastic and did not make me wait. I really appreciate their accommodating me so easily.
