Fast Track Urgent Care, Silver Spring

The doctor, Caucasian bald, I don’t remember his name but I don’t think he even read my history to see my past symptoms and why I was coming to follow up. He told me everything was fine, okay, but didn’t show much consideration for my concern of the symptoms returning, which means It would be three weeks with the same symptoms. I let him know I wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything serious and he just didn’t seem to show consideration for my concerns, I told him I had bronchitis in the past so I wanted to make sure it wasn’t that, and his response was well bronchitis isn’t even serious. So I would not recommend this provider at all.

Was able to schedule an appointment at 6:10 for 6:40. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. They did all their tests and I was out with a prescription fairly quickly. The doctor had a great bedside manner. I’ve been here before and it is always a good experience. Would definitely recmmend.

I was trying to come in the morning,  I just held off.  Then came in the afternoon.   I did not have to wait long.  Did some test and found out I had strep throat.   My ears were hurting, yet I did not feel much pain.   They were curious and friendly.  I may have been there 1/2 hour or more.  Not too long.  I was satisfied with my answers.

Staff was very competent and pleasant. Highly recommend

I had a problem with my eye. It looked red and swollen. I made an appointment online. Showed up at the point of time. Had a short wait. I was diagnosed and out the door and under an hour. Staff was very kind. I’m well organized. I certainly can recommend them

My cat bit me and I made an appt  online late in the evening.   I was able to get in right away the next morning,  had no wait time and was treated personably and professionally by med asst, Brittany.  The PA, whose name escaped me, was equally professional and exhibited an excellent bedside manner.  They provided me with the necessary paperwork required per the Health Dept.  My diagnosis and treatment were provided promptly.  I left with 30 minutes with my needs fully met.  My family and I definitely recommend this facility as an effective alternative to ER and physician visits.  Kudos to your organization!

Listened to my concerns and gave me antibiotics after explained all my symptoms based on my previous history. Really appreciate them not just dismissing my symptoms for a common cold or flu.  Yes I would recommend

The staff was Professional, attentive and kind.  Necessary explanations were understandable and comprehensive.

I had a very bad cut on my finger. I visited the urgent care and was treated within five minutes. Cut was cleaned and bandaged and I was on my way. Great staff!
