More than a hour wait to be seen. Scheduled appointment was no advantage since walk-ins are in the same queue. Problem of short staffing day after holiday. During flu season (now) they are doing best they can. They are hard working, loyal souls taking care of customers!

I had a bad cough for a few days and it wasn’t going away so I walked in the office when they first opened. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and wait time was very reasonable since I didn’t have an appointment. The doctor was excellent and explained every step. Definitely will go back.

I needed a chest x-ray done for employment reasons and was able to book one right away. There was no wait time and I received care of a high quality. I would recommend this provider to anyone needing quick service.

Care was good. Scheduling was a nightmare. Made an appointment in Kensington for Saturday afternoon and showed up to find out I could not be treated there for the X-ray. My appointment was rescheduled for the next day but when we showed up, I was informed we had to go to a different location. After a long wait for the third try I had a broken bone and was given a boot. I went home then got a call to pick up crutches. I went back the next day and was told crutches were not there and sent to another location. All in all quite stressful and not easy to move around so much with a broken bone.

I needed to go to an urgent care immediately but it was already late night and saw that most of the urgent cares near me were closed until I saw that this one was opened! I called and told them about the situation of why I want to get in knowing it was late. They fit me in at 8:30 pm and I got over there at that time. They asked for my insurance and ID and I only waited for five minutes. Everyone was so nice and very understanding when I said I was scared of needles, they didn’t judge me for it and let my friend hold my hand as they were taking my blood. And I got out of there pretty quick. :)

Wait was awful! Blood pressure machine errored-out twice. Tech gave up. In all, spent 4 hours of my work day to get a RX for pink eye for my daughter. Total time spent with the PA = 10 mins. This is not first world healthcare.
