Hadn’t been feeling well, so booked a same day appointment. Very simple to do. Didn’t have long to wait after arrival for triage. The person that took my vitals was extremely friendly and personable. The person at front desk was very friendly too. The PA who saw me was very thorough and explained my diagnosis.  Was very knowledgeable. very good bedside manner.  would definitely go again if needed.

Very efficient. They got me in and out quickly even though I hadn’t made an appointment.

Clinician and Medical Assistant were phenomenal. The front desk clerk was unpleasant.

This is hands down one of the best urgent care facilities I’ve ever visited. I have visited several times and have been treated respectfully every time. The scheduling is incredibly easy, the wait time is always minimal, and the staff are phenomenal. No one wants to find themselves needing to visit Urgent Care but the staff who work here make it a very easy experience. I have never had a staff member be rude to me and the doctors are always willing to listen. They also check your charts before coming into the room so they know your history instead of just throwing something at you that hasn’t worked in the past. Seriously though, the women who work the front desk and intake patients deserve recognition. They remain patient and kind with all patients who walk in or call and are competent at what they do. I would come here knowing I would have to wait simply because everyone who works here treats you like a human being deserving of respect. I appreciate this clinic so much.

Unfortunately I visit the clinic often. Always friendly and so professional!  I give them the highest evaluation. The community is fortunate to have them!

I reported to the Fast Track Urgent Care Center with symptoms of UTI. The physician tended to me immediately. She asked clarifying questions to ensure she understood my history, recent treatments, and symptoms right. The physician tested me to confirm my diagnostics and also took sample for a culture test (results will be available in 5 days). The physician prescribed me two medications and also provided me with information on UTI and how to prevent it.  The physician provided additional suggestions on how to prevent UTI and possible causes of UTI. I was able to obtain my Rx immediately. The staff was courteous and respectful. Appointment making was a breeze. The fact that the surgery Care was open into evening hours made it easier for me to schedule my appointment on a work day. Thank you for taking care of me and helping me at a time of need. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care center to anybody who needs immediate assistance.

Everyone was nice and kind. The doctors and nurses and even the receptionist lady was so nice. They made sure I was good and took time to help me.

I needed a last minute pre op physical for an emergency surgery and they helped to fast track my blood tests.
