This was my first time here and I was very impressed!

Very positive

I was able to get my Rapid PCR COVID test done in less than 30 minutes. Very pleasant and efficient.

Waited almost two hours in line after my appointment time. Still had to fill out paperwork even though I did it online.

They were very efficient and I was able to get a covid PCR test back in 35 minutes!

Only here for a Covid test. Professional, fast, kind, and very hard working! Thank you all for you hard work.

It took a long time but oh well

The line was long, as I expected, and the Dr was doing everything from handing out consent forms, to administering tests, to giving back the results. He was so nice and everything went very smoothly. It ended up being under 2 hours total, and given the state of the pandemic, I had expected longer. Great experience!

I respect Dr Greenberg for continually being upbeat and positive while hustling back and forth outside in the cold. The wait time is cumbersome, but where isn’t right now for Covid testing.

These poor guys are getting hammered right now. Running from vehicle to office, office to vehicle. I had a 10:25am appointment, didn’t get tested until 12:45pm. Then waited another 40 minutes for the results. Crazy times right now, I am thankful for these guys being out here in the cold. The crazy wait was unexpected but made sense with all the mandates and requirements. Little doubt these guys are under paid and under appreciated. Thank you for your service.

The doctor was amazing in helping me get my travel PCR on time to get back to school in St Kitts. Made sure the correct test was submitted and that I got my results in time for my flight. Even put up with my repeated panicked calling while anxiously awaiting results. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Had an appointment, still had to wait 4 hours

Had an appointment to get tested for Covid at 12:40, didn’t get seen until almost 4, then took another 35 minutes to receive results. Why set appointments if you’re not going to keep them??

Made an appointment which made no difference, was in line for more than two hours.

It was a long wait but once we had the test completed the results were back quickly.

The doctor stayed for hours past closing time to see all the cars in line! That's a great doctor, really went the extra mile!!

Happy they are trying to keep the community safe I Dr Larry had great car side manner . The wait was long but worth it

The wait was obviously very long, nearly 3 hours but given the circumstances I understood. I had to use the bathroom badly the whole time so I wish there would have been a way to make that happen but overall everyone was friendly and informative. They’re working really hard and risking a lot, I appreciate that!

The wait was long but it wasn’t due to the staff, there were a LOT of people. This is my second time coming to Faster Care, they are pleasant and quick.

It’s the worst set up I’m sure people who don’t have a appointment are in line as well. It’s also bad when you have a elderly senior who goes to the bathroom often. You can’t get out of line and keep your place. It also doesn’t do any good to fill out paperwork online when you have to do it again. I am also concerned about only putting initials on the test and not mixing them up with others.
