Sadly, when sick or injured - you may not have the time to do due diligence to choose the best company to treat you. bBut if you are here looking at these reviews- I would strongly urge you to seek another medical organization to treat you in you time of need. FastMed in a nutshell is the epitome of the problems and issues of the overall health care system in the United States. I went for a relatively easy issue and my experience was well - 1 star to say the least. Luckily, a quick google search shows that there are alternatives in the surrounding area. All I can say is that I would have appreciated being treated like a human being , especially in a vulnerable state, not just as a way for the company to make a quick buck off of my suffering.

Very bad experience , I had a paperwork with me with a e-Passport number, Kelly I beleive was a front desk person , she refuse to take it , she asked me to forward the email to her from job service , so she typed her email address and she didn't receive it, I advised again you can look me up by the number , she refused over and over , I sat there for 1 hour and she finally decided to assist me , so she did what she suppose to do before 1 hour. what a waste of time , and I still had to wait 1 hour, she called all of them ignoring me , I told the person who assisted me when i went inside . she said she has no idea. That was my first time going there, .very moody person, after 2 hours she was back to normal, I was exhausted by her attitude.
