I was seen at the E Millbrook location yesterday for an ear infection and nose congestion. I have a primary care doctor but they were closed this Saturday. I had never been to an urgent care so I had a hard time making a decision to go or wait until Monday to see my doctor. I read the reviews about this facility and the majority of them were very good so that was helpful. I Knew I needed to be seen right away, I had discharge from my ear, the infection was obvious. I called and spoke with July at the front desk who was very pleasant and understanding. I registered on line, this was very helpful, when i arrived the wait was over 2 hours but since I had already registered I didn’t have to wait that long. I waited less than 30 mins which was awesome. The triage nurse was extremely friendly, it didn’t feel as if she was faking it. I was seen by D. Zuckerman, he introduced himself as a PA, I was a little disappointed but that didn’t last long. His bedside manners are awesome, he sat down and looked at me and had a conversation with me, he listened to me and valued my concerns. He examined me and then took the time to explain his findings. My blood pressure was high and I don’t have a history of it. He even addressed that and gave me excellent recommendations. I am very pleased with my experience and definitely will go back if the need arises again. I highly recommend Fastmed at E Millbrook Rd.

Very surprised at the level of non concern and bad professional attitude of the P.A. that saw me. Found the exam to be confrontational and a I'm better than you approach from P.A. P.A. stated if my conditions did not improve to call back . I did 2 days later and spoke to Megan, who relayed the message for the P.A. to call me back , P.A. never called be back . The next day I called and spoke to Megan again who recognized me. She spoke to P.A. Taylor again . I called asking to upgrade the antibiotic , in which P.A. Taylor said she would not do that even though she said she would in the earlier exam and if I did not like it to contact my primary care physician in which I do not have one. I am requesting the management contact me
