I came in with a clogged ear and I couldn't hear. I didn't know to make an appointment. I was the only person in there at the time. The person at the front desk sent me a text and I had to struggle on my phone to register to be seen. I feel this should have been done by the receptionist. i feel bad for the person who comes in feeling terrible and has to do this on their phone while you have a receptionist who could have done it much easier.
