This place has to be literally the bottom of the barrel and a last resort for any health care service. You might as well not make an appointment, because they are never on time and hours behind. They are very vulgar wit their language and their time is definitely more important than yours. Even the physicians have no manners or are respectful of you values walking around voicing their need to have dinner or use the restroom. I recommend using the urgent care in the emergency room at the hospital. At least you know what to expect!

I waited for 2 hours in a small room waiting for the provider despite the staff told me at check in that I will be seen shortly. I was in pain due to a minor accident. The provider stormed in and I dared to say that I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and I’m in pain. The provider started yelling at me talking about the short staffing. I asked her not to raise her voice on me then she went out of the room and yelled to the staff” I will not going back there” I left without exam and treatment. I will report this provider to the corporate as well as to the board of Physician Assistants in NC.

TERRIBLE!! Would not recommend. Waited for over 2 hours and then sat in the patient room for another 30. Left without being seen, for something that could be life threatening. Disgusting and dirty inside. Not to mention how rude and disgusting their employees are as well. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY!!!!
