We are extremely satisfied, pleased, and grateful with the excellent service we receive each and every time we have been to First Clinic LLC. When we discovered First Clinic, we were so pleased. The clinic is clean, comfortable and all the health care professionals staffed in the clinic are continually providing aseptic technique and delivering quality, patient-centered, compassionate and competent care. First Clinic highly values maintaining proper precautions (Standard, Contact, Droplet, Airborne, etc.) and this is exemplified in the service(s) provided. All members staffed in the clinic always maintain proper precautions when treating us, as well as, maintain confidentiality. It is evident that the clinic highly values preventing transmission of illness through their consistent, accurate, and competent use of proper precautions when treating patients such as ourselves. Notably, there are multiple sinks with antibacterial soap readily available, and, multiple alcohol based hand sanitizers placed throughout the clinic. Triaging is efficient, yet competent. First Clinic never has failed to miss a step in the triaging process. We have witnessed other organizations fall into the habit of complacency; however, that is not the case at First Clinic. They truly uphold their values and lead with integrity. First Clinic also should be recognized for their patient advocacy. Every time we have been treated in First Clinic, all staffed healthcare professionals have treated us with dignity and respect. We have never felt dismissed in our treatment, and staffed healthcare professionals have always been health literate in explaining medical processes. Their commitment to patient safety is reflected in their willingness to advocate on the patient's behalf for concerns warranting further investigation. First Clinic goes above and beyond in treating us and to ensure adequate care. They have reached out to insurance companies, conducted peer to peer's, stayed later, etc., to ensure that we are treated and taken care of as it relates to our health. First Clinic LLC's team is highly skilled with prestige credentials. First Clinic is kind and their team cares about what patient's have to say, from our experience. We have never felt talked down to, rushed, or been treated in a condescending manner. First Clinic always has treated us with the utmost respect. First Clinic LLC also highly values discovery and innovation and this is clear through their commitment to pursuing research and higher education among those staffed. We have never been so impressed. We wish First Clinic LLC could expand their services to become a larger organization as we believe the nurses, NPs, doctors (etc.) such as those staffed at First Clinic truly make a positive difference in the healthcare system. Lastly, First Clinic is highly responsive via phone call and over e-mail. Unique to First Clinic is that upon calling, patient's such as ourselves have not had to wait on hold at all to schedule an appointment, speak with a doctor/NP, or ask a question. First Clinic LLC is a beacon of light in the Potomac community and we highly recommend their services.
