Everything, from booking online to checking in, staff were all very helpful. Dr. was great explaining everything and was prompt and very courteous. I appreciate the services available.

I was sent here for a pre-employment physical. I must have arrived at the perfect time (1:45pm) because the staff go to lunch from 1pm-2pm. It’s walk-in basis and I was first. I had time to fill out the required paperwork and was seen promptly! I don’t think I’ve had such quick and efficient service at any other clinic for pre-employment physicals! Everyone was friendly. Awesome experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful.  Office was very clean and well kept.  Wait time was long.

My first appointment took a very long time to where I had to remind staff I was still waiting for services. Then the x ray tech took images of my elbow but never submitted them to the chiropractor. On my second appointment they made me an appointment for 5pm and even getting there very early they had me there waiting to review my images and the office manager came in my waiting area to advise me they weren’t giving any services due to the high volume of patients. I waited for nothing, I didn’t receive any treatment what so ever other than imaging and meeting the doctor to go over my accident. Now I am out of almost 4 hours of leave time with no treatment. On my second visit they had to re-take the images of my elbow and questioned if I even took them in the first place when I did because I remember the pain and discomfort I was in trying to get those images just to be for nothing. There was a lot of patients but given I had an appointment time set, I thought id be able to be seen no matter what. I couldn’t even get the images shown and explained to me. Overall this place was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had and would not recommend this place to anyone for any care.

2 hrs wait to get seen by a dr either appointment  2 hour wait to get  X RAY  When ask how long do I have to wait they all reply oh do you want to come back and make another appointment I would never want to go back here again

The staff was very professional and nice .  I was very happy with their service they have staff that actually speak Spanish very well.  The place was clean .  Definitely recommend this place.

The team and care were excellent. The registration and schedule process expedited the process for new patient; staff friendly, welcoming and courteous. Great job!
