Another update I have been off so conveniently unable to get anything other than a busy tone while trying to contact billing. Surprise surprise. *Update: Was informed at the front desk that my insurance (BCBS) would cover everything, which they always have, and my visit only cost $50. Now I'm getting bills saying I owe thousands due to the fact that an out of network provider treated me. I should have been made aware of this before treatment was started! Had I known I would be charged I would've gone somewhere else! Currently speaking with a lawyer and the Texas Dept of Insurance so that I can fight this. I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHARGES I DID NOT CONSENT TO. * -Also if you read the yelp reviews for this facility you'll see that lying to patients about insurance coverage is something they do frequently!!!- Crushed my wrist in a ladder and these guys gave me their complete and undivided attention! After an x-ray they got me into a splint and provided me with the information I needed to schedule a follow-up with an ortho specialist! Great facility, quick/thorough visits, and staff that goes above and beyond!
