Great service! I went as a walk in got checked and medication with a small wait time.

The staff here is sweet and the physician listened to my concerns and discussed the recommend treatment plan for me in detail. A+ service

I woke up with a right earache.  I pulled up my Solv app and easily scheduled an appt.  Multiple appointments were offered to accommodate schedules, which was nice.  Got to my appt, paid my co- pay and was taken back on time/my scheduled appt time. The front desk staff was nice.  The nurse was friendly and thorough. Took down necessary input.   The Dr examined me and was so helpful, knowledgeable.  She did a great job explaining things and being informative.  The Dr prescribed the medicine I needed.

Dr Brenda Jefferson Byrd is the best Dr in the West Suburbs. Thank you for the excellent care.

Wait time wasn’t long Dr Oliveros was very tentative, and explained everything very well. I was given my prescriptions, and out within the hour.

Made an appointment on line and arrived on time .I love Dr.Oliverous and the staff that was in this morning.He is my granddaughters favorite.He is so kind,gentle and has so much empathy with the patients.Love the staff that was working today.The best!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Dr was beyond rude (I question if she was really a Dr).  I do not recommend this place at all. I went in for ear pain and was told I had to also take a Covid test.  I had no fever and no Covid symptoms. Just an ear infection.   I consented because I was told I wouldn’t be seen otherwise.  I waited almost an hour past my appt time to see the “Dr.”.  She put only her head in the door and told me she wouldn’t be seeing me or treating me because I tested positive for Covid.  I told her that was interesting, but I was here for major ear pain.  She still said she wouldn’t see me because they don’t have PPE.   I told her then she couldn’t bill me for this appointment.  That’s when she came in and looked at my ear.  Very rough.  Would not listen to a word I had to say (I already had antibiotics I just started) but prescribed me FIVE different meds.  Not even asking if I was allergic to anything.  I don’t recommend this place.
