Everyone was very friendly but the doctor said I don’t have an ear infection and that my symptoms are TMJ although I do have fluid in my ear I felt uneasy about that diagnosis so quickly went to another doctor who said that my ear is terribly infected and helped drain it plus meds  maybe get staff that knows how to tell what an ear infection looks like

I came with two sick children and found it very difficult. It was a two hour wait. When we finally got to see the doctor she gave me very little time, she didn't really listen to my concern and didn't even swab my 5 month old baby with fever for a flu test. After my visit I had to go another urgent care to have my baby seen. I was extremely frustrated and hope that the service will be improved in the future.
