This visit was marked by a sharp contrast between the front office experience and the medical care received. ​The initial scheduling and documentation process was confusing, involving varied communication from Zocdoc, Solv, and the clinic itself. I arrived expecting to complete the necessary paperwork on-site. ​Upon entry, the receptionist was immediately discouraging and discourteous. I was met with a distinct "this is your fault" attitude regarding the incomplete documentation. Communication felt deliberately difficult and unwelcoming to the point where I had to ask, "Do you want me to re-schedule?" The receptionist's response, "I am trying to help," did not match her demeanor or tone, creating an extremely poor first impression of the clinic and its professionalism. ​The front office interaction was stressful and frankly insulting. ​However, the saving grace and the only reason the appointment proceeded were the Nurse Practitioners. The NPs were kind, courteous, and highly capable. They were apologetic for the initial interaction, which helped immensely in mitigating the negative start. Their professionalism and empathetic approach demonstrated competence and care, completely outshining the front desk staff. ​The clinic needs to address its front-of-house customer service immediately, as the receptionist's behavior risks driving away new patients, regardless of the quality of the medical staff. I highly commend the NP team for their excellent care.

Great staff and doctor ............................

I scheduled an appointment at the spur of the moment and was able to get right in.   The staff was very professional and kind.  The Dr.  took time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease.  I left feeling less worried and with a plan to help me with a blood pressure issue.

I had my appointment and l was out in no time.Filled the forms online and checked in online.I just had to fill out consent form while on the ground. Overall all the process went on smoothly.
